Join us for a 1,000 Burpee Challenge over the Holiday season. We know that schedules will be crazy and party food will be abundant. Let's be prepared!

November 29-December 31. You can do 30ish Burpees a day for 30 days, or 50 burpees a day for 20 days, whatever fits your schedule!

Thursday night warrriors killed a crush battle tonight and reminded there is freedom in forgiveness Col 3:13

9am came in for todays crush workout! We were reminded that that our God will provide for us just as he provides for the birds and flowers in nature.

5:30am crew showed up for a CRUSH battle and finished with zone 2 cardio! Consider the Lillies. If our Lord can feed and clothe nature then he will surely care for us, his greatest creation.

Wednesday night warriors showed up for leg day!! They were reminded that making a difference can be with one person at a time!

Wednesday morning came out for five rounds of strength! We were encouraged to find that editor in our lives! Proverbs 27:17

Warriors were encouraged to not hang on to anger! Matthew 6:12

9am warriors battled SO hard this morning! We were challenged to share how God has worked on our lives. What’s your rescue story? Galatians 1:4

The Lord will not move on! He is constant and does not waiver. Great job getting after chest day!

Monday night warriors worked their biceps and then jumped into a fun AMRAP! They were reminded to not only train physically but also in godliness!

9am was encouraged to do “your part" for the body of Christ! (Eph 4:16&1cor 12:12-27)
