Trinity Fitness has been a place God has used in my life to change me physically, mentally and spiritually. Over the years it has been a resource for community like no other. I want to give back to Trinity Fitness because of what a huge part it has played in my life and I want it to continue to be here for others to experience the incredible life change only Jesus can bring.

Due to many circumstances, our family budget and children’s expenses have changed. But the TF scholarship has allowed me to continue to be a part of the TF community instead of giving up my membership. Many people ask what I do for self care, and I tell them that TF is my exercise, therapy and community all wrapped up in one! I am so thankful I did not have to quit, it is such a blessing for my physical and mental health as a mom!
